MAMA Kids is all about introducing as many children as possible to the wonderful world of art. Ask our Visitor Experience Team for a Kids Activity Trail booklet or go in search of our hidden wonder cupboards.

MAMA Studio offers weekly art courses and weekend workshops in a variety of disciplines, together with masterclasses with visiting artists. Join us in the studio to develop new skills, meet like-minded creatives, and nourish your inner artist.

By Car

Situated on Albury’s main street and adjacent to the central QEII Square, the Museum is a key focal point of Albury Wodonga. The city itself is located within the Sydney – Melbourne – Canberra triangle and all major highways including the M31 Hume Motorway, Riverina, Olympic and Murray Valley Highway lead to the city.

Parking

Albury has ample street parking throughout the CBD. All-day car parking can be found at the Kiewa Street Car Park (all levels), Volt Lane Car Park (levels 4 & 5) or Wilson Street Car Park (all levels).

By Rail or Bus

Located just a 10-minute walk from the Museum, the Albury Railway Precinct has a number of daily rail services connecting Albury Wodonga with Melbourne and Sydney. Coach services (NSW TrainLink, V/Line, Greyhound and Firefly) connect the cities with a host of destinations.

Flight

Albury Airport is located 5km from the city CBD and offers over 160 direct flights weekly to and from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Regional Express, and QantasLink service the airport.

We are open and accessible to the whole community, with the design promoting equality for the elderly, people with prams and people living with a disability. Layout, access and approach, entry, mobility, acoustics, furniture and equipment, floor coverings, communication, lighting have all been developed with accessibility as precedence.

Canvas Eatery

Feeling peckish? At the QEII Square entrance you’ll find the Canvas Eatery offering sophisticated dining within a sun filled, vine decorated terrace overlooking the Square gardens.
