Open Call
Each year, the Museum invites artists, artist groups, collaborative practitioners, curators and makers of all kinds to apply to our Open Call program. The program provides exhibition opportunities for local artists through our annual Open Call application process.
The Museum is committed to supporting and working with artists from our region, providing opportunities for artistic growth and professional development. Artists selected through the Open Call program are supported in the development of their exhibition with artist fees, assistance with production and professional guidance.
Artists from all backgrounds and levels of experience are encouraged to apply - senior artists, emerging, mid-career, self-taught, established and academic artists alike. The presentation of painting, moving-image, photography, mixed media, sculpture, performance, sound, text-based work, ceramics, object-based and conceptual practices is welcomed as part of the great breadth of contemporary art that the Museum nurtures, desires and celebrates.
