Come and experience the Museum after-dark! We are staying up late during the WinterGlow Festival with live performance, dance, DJ sets and family activities lighting up our Atrium, Kids Gallery and Store.

Drop in early for a family friendly activity, stay for a drink and a dance later on.

3D Printing Demonstration 6.00pm – 8.00pm
Meet local maker Lyn Wallis from The Daily Rabbit!
Lyn will offer live 3D printing demonstrations in the MAMA Store and speak about her process. Participants can observe mini snowflakes come to life with limited editions available to take home.

Bunny Bedtime 6.30pm – 7.00pm
It’s time for bed bunnies! Can you help us find all the tired little bunnies that are still playing all over the galleries? Join us in the Kids Gallery installation It’s Late Under The Table Of The Women for a gentle goodnight activity for young children.

Haya Haya Dance 7.15pm
Local artist and performer Kelly Ndayisaba will share a traditional dance of the Banyamulenge people, one of 200 tribes that make up the multicultural nation of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The movement and spirit of the Haya Haya dance is a focal point of Kelly’s exhibition Now Seen, a presentation of photography and painting at MAMA.

Dance Party with Hatulinda 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Local DJ and performer Hatulinda Asumani will lead an energetic dance party in the Atrium.

Free entry, bar open until 9.00pm, cash or card taken.
