Storytime with Jazz Money

The cover of a children's book called The Frog's First Song with an illustration of a frog singing under a night blue sky with yellow stars, written by Jazz Money and illustrated by Jason Phu

Jump into Storytime with book readings by celebrated Wiradjuri poet and artist, Jazz Money, and a hands-on art activity led by MAMA educators.

The Frog’s First Song celebrates ideas of belonging, community and collaboration, and having courage to try new things! When a lonely frog begins to croak into the silence, others join in to build a chorus that spreads happiness and excitement.

Jazz will also be reading an upcoming book with Wiradjuri language used throughout.

A river-inspired ‘drop-in’ style activity will run after the readings. Parent/guardian supervision will be required for this activity.

Limited copies of The Frog’s First Song signed by Jazz Money will be available for purchase at the MAMA Store, along with other books by the author. Hop in quick to get your copy!
