Join artist Rose Wilson within her current exhibition, The Disappearing Farmer, for a live demonstration of the art of portraiture.

Wilson's current exhibition captures the faces of a disappearing generation of Australian farmers from the Victorian highlands, in this series of oil paintings which includes portraits of farm dogs and farming couples. The exhibition provides the backdrop to this interactive event in which Rose will impart the techniques and tools used to create her unique oil sketches.

Enjoy morning tea while you interact with the artist as she discusses her career in art, her love of portraiture, and her upcoming entry in the Archibald Prize.
